Personal Challenge - Run/Marathon
Join One Nation in this year's Muslim Charity Run in aid of PALS (Prosthetic Artificial Limbs Clinic Syria).
*Why Muslim Charity Run?*
The Muslim Charity Run is back for the 8th year running! This 5km endurance test has been the ultimate factor uniting good causes with fitness, proving to be very popular over the last few years.
The run is open to men and boys of all ages but everyone is welcome at the park to cheer on the runners. There are fun activities for all and a range of interesting stalls. Make it a family day out! Compete with your friends, see who can achieve the quickest time? Get active, keep fit, fundraise for a charity of your choice and enjoy the day!
*Why PALS (Prosthetic Artificial Limbs Clinic Syria)?*
There are an estimated 50,000 amputees inside Syria. PALS (Prosthetic Artificial Limbs Clinic Syria) offers hope for those who have lost limbs. Patients can expect to receive lightweight and strong prosthetic limbs with flexible joints in line with the highest international standards.

Victoria Park, London, E9 5HT (famous for its heritage, sports facilities, lake, walkways and events).
Participants must arrive by 10.30am. Race starts at 11am.
